1. Scope of Agreement
These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Chronicle Shipping and Storage L.L.C., a premier trucking and logistics provider. We don't just haul cargo; we manage complex risks across the entire supply chain. By tendering goods to us, you're agreeing to these operational standards.

2. Liability & Limitations
Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited based on the weight and classification of the freight. While we maintain a rigorous 99.8% safety rating, unpredictable events happen. We're committed to fair resolution.
- Maximum liability not to exceed £1.30 per kilogram unless declared otherwise.
- Consequential damages are expressly excluded from all standard carriage contracts.
- Claims must be filed within 14 business days of delivery.
3. Billing & Payment
Net 30 terms apply to all established corporate accounts. Late payments incur a 2.5% monthly service charge. We don't like charging fees, but timely payments keep our fleet moving efficiently. // TODO: confirm late fee percentage with accounting
